For expos · festivals · brand activations

A world record
on your floor.

Most activations ask people to watch something. This one asks them to try it. I build a live challenge zone your crowd competes in all day, and when the event calls for it, an officially adjudicated world record attempt at the centre of it.

What it looks like

A show people
walk into

A staged zone with a clear physical challenge, a host working the crowd, athletes demonstrating what good looks like, and a live leaderboard. People queue to try. The ones who beat the threshold get their moment, and everybody films it.

It works because it is not a stand. It is a competition your attendees are in.

How it works

From first call to your floor

I handle the format and the delivery. You handle the venue and the audience.

  1. 01A 15 minute call. Your event, your audience, the space you have and the outcome you want out of it.
  2. 02I propose the format. Which challenge suits your crowd, whether an official record attempt fits, and what the zone needs.
  3. 03Records are handled separately. Guinness World Records adjudicate their own attempts under their own agreement, direct with you. I produce the activation around it, so the two never get tangled.
  4. 04We build and staff it. Athletes, host, staging, run of show, safety.
  5. 05You keep the content. The footage from the day is the part that keeps working after the doors close.

Good fits

Where this works best

Trade shows and expos

A reason to stop walking. Works hardest on a floor where every other stand is a table and a banner.

Fitness and sport festivals

Your audience already wants to compete. Give them something with a number on it and a record to chase.

Brand activations

A sponsor can own the challenge, the leaderboard and the footage without it feeling like an advert.

City and public events

Open access, low barrier, families welcome. The challenge scales down as easily as it scales up.

your event

Dates, city, expected footfall and what you are trying to get out of it. Fifteen minutes on a call and I will tell you straight whether this fits.
